What is the Predictable Income Formula we would recommend to them and how would they get to it? What would we encourage our friends and families to invest in so that they could build their own strong, predictable income streams in order to reach their financial freedom?

And so that became our purpose.

Andrew Mobsby
Product Consultant

And Andrew has been involved in the financial services industry for 30 years, 20 of which have been in specialist roles providing access to bespoke international investment, cross- border, fiduciary, legal and structuring solutions to HNW, UHNW and family office clients. Of those, he spent 15 years working for Barclays Private Bank and Lloyds Banking Group, UK and Switzerland offices.

And Andrew currently owns and manages a bespoke family office, based out of South Africa, and has been contracted to consult to the Cashbox Global entity.

And He has a long working relationship with both Clive Moore of iDad and David Noon of Capital International Group, thus deepening the resonance and understanding between the parties involved.

And Andrew is an admitted Advocate of the Supreme Court of South Africa. His spare time is spent either deep sea fishing, sailing or competing in extreme endurance events!


Chad Pope
Marketing Consultant

And Chad has been involved in business development and client support for 25 years, the majority of which have been building start-up companies covering property development and rental, equipment rental, and personal financial solutions.

And Chad's background is in Mechanical Engineering and Business Management. His passion for process engineering and system automation led him into the world of optimising business and personal finance models.

And Chad currently manages a portfolio of investment businesses and has been contracted to assist the Cashbox Global entity with its marketing and promotion needs.

And His spare time is spent in nature either mountain biking, sailing or touring. If not outside in nature, he is to be found supporting his children’s school sports and projects.


Clive Moore
Managing Director
iDad Ltd

And Clive has 25 years’ experience in the investment industry and has been responsible for the manufacture and distribution of structured products in a variety of senior roles within multi-national banks and insurance groups throughout his career.

And He co-founded iDad in 2002, partly to enable him to deliver a better service to a greater number of companies, but also to allow him to spend more time closer to his then young family.

And iDad’s key focus since 2008 has been on the international market where sales are currently around $350m a year.

And Clive’s opinions are widely respected within the industry and he is a regular contributor to the trade, consumer and national press; he has also written (and ghostwritten) a number of guides on structured products.


David Noon
Commercial Director
Capital International S.A.

And David joined Capital International South Africa in 2017 where he was responsible for the business development and relationship management of the Group within South Africa and Africa. Prior to this, David spent 28 years with Lloyds Banking Group and Lloyds International Private Bank in a variety of roles.

And David is a Chartered Financial Planner through the Chartered Insurance Institute, as well as a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society. David also holds a diploma in company direction with the Institute of Directors in the UK.

And David is now the Commercial Director in South Africa and he provides local support to financial advisers, wealth managers, life companies, as well as corporate and trust service providers who are seeking to make the most of offshore investing for their clients. In David’s spare time he cycles with colleagues from Capital International and plays ‘Over 45’ soccer.
